Carbon Offset Policy:
New Energy Finance is committed to a sustainable, carbon neutral policy for the execution of the Summit. We are working with our Carbon Offset Sponsor, Climate Care, who will offset carbon emissions from all flights and the Summit venues with UN approved carbon credits. In addition, we are using all recycled papers for the materials, and locally sourced produce wherever possible.
Hotel & Summit Location
Four Seasons Hotel With distinctive charm and warmth, in the heart of Mayfair overlooking Hyde Park, Four Seasons is unrivalled in its service and setting – a highly acclaimed luxury hotel with handsomely appointed, unique and spacious guest rooms and suites. Heathrow Airport is 27 kilometres (17 miles) and approximately 45 minutes from the Hotel. Gatwick Airport is 48 kilometres (30 miles) and approximately 1.5 hours (or 30 minutes by Gatwick Express to Victoria) from the Hotel. Both airports service all major airlines. Refund Policy:
Cancellation prior to 01/02/08 will be applicable for full refund minus a 10% admininstration fee.
